Fly and Buy with Andromeda Ocean Estates

As part of our "fly and buy" promotion, if you would like us to set up an itinerary for you to come see Andromeda Ocean Estates in Pedasi, we are more than happy to make all the arrangements for you and your party to stay in a hotel in Panama City, either be driven or flown down from Panama City, stay in a hotel here in Pedasi and driven/flown back to Panama City. We can also set up meals at restaurants and activities here in Pedasi.

  If you decide to purchase property in Andromeda Ocean Estates while here in Panama, we will reimburse your travel expenses* and in addition, if you decide which lot you like and make a reservation with a refundable $5,000 deposit before you come to Panama, we will give you a 5% discount on the lot!

  Regardless of whether you purchase property with us or not, we will give you a free full day of deep-sea fishing and Isla Iguana tour (value: USD$450.00) and pay for one meal at one of the best restaurants in town.

*Terms and Conditions

1. This reimbursement will be in the form of a discount on the purchase price of the lot and will not exceed $3,000.00 per lot purchased.

2. The travel expenses payment will be considered effective once the clientsigns the Purchase and Sale Agreement and pays the first 15%.

3. *Travel expenses include: airfare to and from Panama, airport shuttles, transportation to and from Pedasi, hotel in Panama City (max. 2 nights) and Pedasi (max 2 nights).

4. Valid receipts must be presented before the reimbursement is given.

5. Valid until April 2010.
